Jason Melachrino, PharmD, MBA, CPh

Dr. Melachrino has specialized in Geriatrics but has worked through and has intimate knowledge of a variety of settings in Pharmacy (consulting, compounding, retail, institutional, administrative, PBM management and directing inside and outside sales) in the past 18 years.

Jason has experience owning, consulting for, building and running compounding and specialty pharmacy operations by generating aggressive sales and growth in those entities through product development, ancillary product sales, services and new verticals. He was an integral part of a partnership which built a compounding company from infancy to an exit through acquisition by an international publicly traded company.($120M+) Dr. Melachrino has joined our team and brings with him his acquired breadth of knowledge in Pharmacy and the medical world by providing sound advise and business direction for our clients.

Jason graduated with a BA in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in 2000, and a PharmD and MBA from Nova Southeastern University in 2004 and 2005 respectively.
